I have tried for days now, cannot login to account, says avg not available check internet connection, but i can do everything else on the internet. Have tried uninstalling, not cannot reinstall. What do i do?

I have the same problem with saying it was not connected to the internet. I tried to reinstall but now it won't even install. what do I do?
Yes the error message I keep receiving is that I am not connected to the internet; however, the only website or app I cannot access is my AVG account.
