I understand that you are unable to open AVG PC TuneUp and other browsers.

Please send me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message you receive when you try to open the browsers to assist further.

My internet explorer ,chrome or fire fox web browser will not open. I understand I may have a virus.
PC tune up does not open either.
AVG Antivirus does not detect any virus.
I have removed and reinstalled all browsers
Exception 0x80000003 occurred in application at 0x5c400bc9 - application error.
is there a way to run PC tuneup off a thumb drive?
