I cannot open my AVG antivirus

My subscription is about to expire this June 26 however when I try to open my AVG antivirus, the following warning will appear:" THE PROCEDURE ENTRY POINT COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN THE DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY C:\Program File\AVG\Antivirus\AVGUI.exe". I am afraid that when I will renew my subscription before the due date, I will still have the same problem. Please help.
