I cannot open the app store to download this product

Hello Peter,
We are sorry to inform that there is no AVG program that is compatible for iphone or ipad. The AVG program is currently compatible only with Windows, Mac and Android OS.

I have activated this product, verified my email, and I was sent to the app store to download the product.  The app store will not open.  How else can I download this product?

Peter, Also currently the only prog associated with AVG, that's compatible with iOS, is HMA! Pro VPN (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/hma-pro-vpn).
