I cannot remove knctr from my computer

Sorry, if you have any issues with AVG program we can help you in fixing it.
To remove the files of KNCTR software please try using the "AVG SHREDDER".
Right click on the files and folders of KNCTR and you will be having the option as "remove this using AVG Shredder" please click on it and proceed with the removal.

I got a nasty software (knctr) on my computer, and split all kinds of viruses, but I cannot delete the software. It is entrenched in my AVG uninstall, but hidden from the list, so I cannot delete it. Can you help?
