I cannot schedule scans anymore

I cannot schedule a scan anymore. My last scheduled scan ran in March. There is no option to click on when I am in the settings for scheduling. There are no scans scheduled scans listed  for me edit. How do I find the page that allows you to pick the frequency, time, etc? I have  to manually start a scan. I have been trying for several months now to  figure out where this setting went. I've had AVG for years, and never had this issue before.

So you still didn't see Scheduled Scan or other indented items beneath Schedule in the list? Your bug is quite possibly related to the perpetual need to restart. That's puzzling. Try double-clicking on Schedules, which also works to expand the list. If that doesn't work either,you should probably state what Windows version and AVG build you are currently running. Are any other plus signs missing in Advanced Settings? Did you get an error message when installing or updating AVG?

I do not have the little plus sign next to "Schedules"

Hello Julie! Under Options/Advanced Settings, click the "+" beside Schedules to expand the list. Then select Scheduled Scan and make sure that "enable this task" is checked at the top of the window.
