I cannot send to printer when AVG is active

Could you please let me know the operating system name and version of the device you face this issue?
Also please let me know what all AVG applications you have installed on your device.

When I try to print I see my printer offline. But when I disable AVG then the printer becomes active. I don't see how to mark the printer as safe.

My version is currently 24.7.9311.872

Firstly, could you specify whether you're facing this issue on your Windows OS?
Secondly, let's temporarily disable the individual shields/components of your AVG Internet Security one by one and narrow down which shield/component is causing the issue.

I have 4 products installed
AVG Antivirus - 24.9.9452
AVG TuneUp - 24.2 (build 16593)
AVG Antitrack - 3.5.1086.774

AVG Secure VPN - 24.9.10584 which is not active during the issue

Notice how it says offline. This only happens when AVG is enabled.
