I cannot un install AVG

I first tired to uninstall through programs it did not remove, it gives code OxE001F946 verification of signature fail.
I have used avg remover it says it cannot find any avg in system. Used it anyway still said no in system. 
I have tried to reinstall it give code Oxe001f992 already installed. 
Any ideas what I should do next?

I regret for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be informed that AVG Remover tool detects only older versions of AVG. To remove the traces of AVG 2017 version, please download and run AVG Clear tool as suggested in this article .

Then please go ahead and try to install AVG.
