I cannot uninstall no matter what I do

I've tried uninstalling from Control Panel, and using AVG clear, they always get stuck, the latter getting stuck while launching wsc_proxy.exe. 

I've downloaded avast, not knowing their connection to AVG, just so I can stop using AVG, and now I cannot uninstall THAT for the exact same reason.
