Please restart your computer in normal mode, open AVG PC TuneUp, click on "Rescue Center".
From here restore all the settings changed by AVG PC TuneUp and check if that fix the issue.

I need to reduce the risk of lose my user configuration, because this user have some years solving configuration settings of my computer and of the differents programs taht I use in my work.
Tell me please, step by step how I should uninstall the program to recovery the user configurations.
I perform the uninstalation using my user in Safe Mode, or uninstall with Administrator user in normal mode?, I havent more option because my user not work in normal mode.

Hi,
I need to use my computer with my user.
I payd the TuneUp Unlimited license and run it on my computer, but, next to restart, when I try login, the followin message appears, and I cant logon:
"The Group Policy Client service failed the logon. Access is denieded."
I try access to the support chat, but it still on "loading" for ever.
Next with Safe Mode, i can logon and activate the Administrator Windows account, but I need my personal account.
How I can revert all the changes?

I uninstall TuneUp successful, but I cant login on my account, the error still occurr:

In this case, I request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from control panel > program and features, reboot your computer once and check the with the situation. After the uninstallation, AVG PC TuneUp changes will be restored automatically.

I understand the difficulties. Please follow the article (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG) to remove the AVG PC TuneUp from your computer and need not to reboot your PC in Safe mode.
After the uninstallation, check with the situation and let us update the status.
