I can't activate my avg protection

Yes I have tried it several times to copy and paste my new number and it won't do it. When it does put in the number it says it is the wrong number.

Hello I recently purchased both the AVG Internet Security product and the AVG PC Tune UP. My activation e-mail was sent and when I try to activate the download icon nothing happens? I'm stumped now as what to do and how to do it? Help please!

I am in the same position as these other people. Pretty frustrating! I just want to reactivate my license, please! I have watched the videos and read everything, just want to get going… as it was I ended up with additional protection downloads, which AVG refunded promptly, thank you!  But seriously this is a bit much to go round and round. Don't mean to rant… oh the joys of computers!
