I have the followin problem. Just over a month ago, I received several offers from AVG to try out free trial subscriptions. The condition was that AVG would send me a reminder to cancel the subriptions for free on time. This never happends. Before the trial period ended, I already wanted to cancel the subscriptions myself via the AVG website in my account. However I could not find the subscriptions in my account and this is the only way to cancel a subscription. You can only see the subscriptions on my AVG App on my laptop and I use the same email address for this. I have all the print screens, to this day you can't find the subscriptions in my AVG account. I also asked a question via a contact form and indicated that I wanted to cancel the subscriptions. There was never a response. I demand a refund of all amounts debited from my creditcard. And I don't want any more subscriptions, this feels like fraud.
