Hi,
After re-installing AVG and allowing skype.exe and skypebrowserHost.exe and updater.exe), skype is no longer blocked by the firewall.

When I try to connect to Skype it keeps on connecting. I suspect that AVG is blocking acces.
This did not happen ever before. I have been using skype for many years.
I wonder if the fire wall is the course?
Any suggestions?

Hi,
If the firewall is set to Automatic ( allowing skype.exe and skypebrowserHost.exe and updater.exe), skype is blocked by the firewall.
When the firewall is disabled I have access to Skype.
My Skype is Version 7.6.85.103
Can you suggest something else to be allowed other than skype.exe and skypebrowserHost.exe and updater.exe?
