I can't connect to VPN, I keep getting the same error code

The error code you have shared may appear when AVG Secure VPN is unable to establish a connection, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the following article: Troubleshooting when unable to establish or maintain a VPN connection

If AVG Secure VPN is still unable to establish or maintain a connection, the problem may be caused by the network policies of the Wi-Fi or cellular network you are connected to. Please try to connect and check with different network operator or internet service provider.

Note: Some countries prohibit or restrict the use of VPNs. Our VPN solutions have not been approved by any governmental authorities, and are: (i) not currently recommended for use in the countries listed in Section A below; and (ii) subject to governmental restrictions on use in the countries listed in Section B below. Because laws change, you should frequently check information available on this site and other sources.

A. Countries in which our VPN solutions are not currently recommended for use

  • Belarus
  • China
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • North Korea
  • Oman
  • Turkey
  • Turkmenistan
  • United Arab Emirates

B. Countries in which our VPN solutions are currently subject to governmental restrictions on use

If you are from the above country the VPN may not work properly.
