I can't find my subscriptions

My card has been charged for a subscription to AVG Protection and I had not contemplated it, I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, but it appears that I do not have active subscriptions, I cannot cancel something that is not there, I would be very grateful if you can help me, thank you
