I can't find out where to remove my card?

I see that you have submitted refund request form in our website and the concern team has processed refund. The amount will be credited within 5-7 business days.

As the subscription is cancelled, your payment card will automatically expire from our AVG records and I can assure that you will not be charged in the future.

I recently (5 days ago) got withdrawn 519 NOK from my bank account as a part of what were  a (unknowing to me) automatic payment. I requested a refund, and I should get back the money. Now, I also want to remove the card, and what freightens me is that I can't seem to see where the heck my card is located? So if any of you guys at support could find it for me, remove it immediately. It is highly unacceptable to be so unclear in your business model. And if there are some other hidden subscriptions, cancel and refund them.
