I cant fix or update BAPIDRV

I did have other antivirus software but i deleted them when i purchased AVG!

I have preformed AVG tuneup and AVG interenet security… and its tuneup has walked me through how to fix BAPIDRV but i dont have the update option showing ? … something is wrong and i dont know what to do HELP.

hello yes i did 1) and 2) but in 3) driver tab, there is no option for update driver ?

WHAT is BAPIDRV … should i just uninstall it {that option is there lol}

Hello Vanessa, thanks for the screenshot. Have you followed the three steps mentioned in that window? 1)Did you go to "Device Manager"?
2)Did you enable "show hidden devices" in the View tab of Device Manager?
