I can't get AVG Antivirus to load on Windows 7

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. To resolve the issue, we suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then install AVG Antivirus by clicking on http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_745.exe .Thank you.

Windows 7, can't download AVG antivirus, I downloaded the installer but keep getting error code OxE001003D. Anyone have a suggestion since I can find no help from AVG
