Hi MaryJo, I watch YouTube videos often and do not think your problem is caused by AVG (unless possibly by AVG firewall, which I do not use). BTW I uninstalled Java more than a year ago. Is Flash enabled in your browser? Here's a screenshot from Internest Explorer 9 "Manage add-ons."

Everytime I try to watch a video on Facebook it tells me to download Flash Player, I've done this numerous times even uninstalling the one on my computer and reinstalling the program. It looks like it's installed by then nothing happens. Also, I read that I must have Java to get it to work so I have updated that program. I believe it's your program that is stopping this program. What do I do?
