Did you receive any pop-up from AVG that says the website has blocked?
If yes, please take a screenshot of the pop-up and share it to this post.
Please refer this article and disable the AVG AntiTrack and check whether you're able to access the site when the AVG AntiTrack is disabled. Please make sure the AVG AntITrack is up to date on your PC.
If you're still unable to access the website, turn off the AVG Secure VPN and check again. Keep us posted.
