There is no solution other than reinstalling Windows. I understood. I can not reinstall the current OS. I'm thinking about timing when I can do it.
It may be too late as my request. I do not know the performance of Avast. I prefer AVG's UI over Avast's UI. In fact the new version of AVG has changed to Avast UI. I want you to return to the AVG method in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please run AVG Clear and AVG Remover to remove the AVG traces completely, try a fresh installation
1 Use the link https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe to run the AVG Clear tool.
2 Open the AVG Clear tool, click Yes in the User Account control dialog.
3 Click No in the Windows safe mode dialog.
4 Select the installed version of AVG, click Uninstall, then click Restart computer.
Please run the AVG Remover tool by using the below instructions.
1 Download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2 Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3 Your computer will be restarted automatically.
After reboot, Open C drive and delete "AVG Remover" folder, also delete "AVG" folder in "Program files (x86)" in C Drive.
Try installation now, it would work. Feel free to let us know if you require further assistance.

On another PC I have installed AVG. When updating it it changed to a UI like Avast. Did AVG and Avast integrate both spec and performance?
Should I abandon the use of AVG and shift to Avast on a PC with this problem?

Previously I used AVG, but I felt abnormal in operation so I tried to reinstall AVG on Windows10(1703).
Currently I downgraded to Windows 10(1607). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on Windows 10(1607).
I uninstalled according to the process in AVG HP. I also ran AVG Remover. Of course, I delete files manually by HP. I also deleted useless registry values using the tool.
I can't install any installer, such as AVG Protection or AVG Anti Virus.
Please tell me how I can re-install AVG again.

This is an application that should never be used. Links of most installed applications have been deleted. The application itself is installed. It is the worst problem in the worst.
I can not install AVG even after it's running. Error codes are exactly the same.

The current work I am able to do is to reinstall Windows or stop using AVG.
I will decide this after a few days.
