We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast etc… on your PC, If so please uninstall the program and try with the installation of the AVG program. If not please run the AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/us-en/download to reinstall your AVG program. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

I have just the same problem. I bought yesterday the Ultimate Suite and no problems with the Admin-PC and the Android devices but with a new Windows10 Laptop from ASUS. I get all the time the error message see above.
