Frans, Which AVG product are you actually attempting to install?. What is your Windows OS?. Are you using any other anti-virus or have you previously used AVG?.

I’ve been using the free version of AVG for a long time. When I tried to upgrade it went wrong. After various tries I finally de-installed AVG, downloaded it from your website and tried to install it again. But still it doesn’t work.
I use windows7.
After download I get: "Installatie mislukt
