I cant install PCtune setup

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. May I know the exact error message or code if it generates any while trying to install? Please check if you have an earlier version of AVG PC TuneUp installed on your PC to uninstall it and try the installation again.

After the paid was done, I cant install the PCtune setup. Email instructions are not correct
