I cant install the protection in AVG free

When i install it, they said this.

Description: Event exec_finished 
Please help me

Have you installed any other Anti Virus program other than AVG ?
Are you installing AVG program in your computer for the first time ?

No i have not. I have installed AVG Internet Security 2014 on my computer but it got removed when i update it to windows 10. I tried using the AVG remover and reinstall avg internet security 2014 but it cant run in windows 10. After that i tired using AVG free but it still cant work.
