I cant locate my license to input into new install of AVG

I recently re-installed windows and after re-installing avg it has given me a free 30day license, but i cannot seem to locate the license number I have paid for. Its not in any emails or on my account page on the website. The license retrival form does not accept my e-mail address for some reason.

Hi Nick,
You bought AVG Ultimate which doesn't have license number, please refer to this article (http://kb.avg.com/articles/How_to/Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate) to activate it.
