I can't log in AVG antivirus application…
It's showing password is incorrect, check your credentials.

Sanjana, we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
In order to fix the issue, I request you to follow the below steps and let us know the status.
- Please ensure whether the time zone, date & time on your device is accurate.
- Uninstall all the AVG products on your device.
- Remove the AVG App Data sync account in Users & accounts.
- Restart your mobile.
- Try connecting to different networks (WiFi vs 4G).
- Disable VPN (if turned on).
- Reinstall the AVG products
- After the reinstallation, try login to your AVG My account in 30-60 minutes and check if it helps.
Yes I have tried also resetting my password, but it doesn't work. I use android 11.
