Hi,Steave i am sorry to know that u had an issue with the tune-up,if u can just re-install it again and check that you have the problem again or not.let me know that,if u have the problem or not. uninstall the product with the avg special removal setup and then again reinstal it. Use AS per your requirements 32bit or 64 bit u can check that in the system properties. Install AVG on your PC, Mac | AVG installation files
