I can't see my subscription on subscription.avg.com

I purchased AVG ultimate 2020 (10 devices in 2 years) on the online store(NewEgg). And I got the key code.
It works fine and has been successfully activated.
But I can't see my subscription on subscription.avg.com.
Could you please help me make my subscription visible on the webpage?

We would like to clarify that the AVG products purchased from the reseller wont appear under your AVG MyAccount.
