I tried to sign up for a subscription to AVG but it didn’t work, then I tried again and got a download link (that didn’t work) and an account. When I signed in to the the account it said that I didn’t have any subscriptions so I figured that it didn’t work. This week I checked my bank account and saw that a lot of money was drawn from AVG, so I checked my AVG account and still no subscriptions. So I think I have been charged for two subscriptions even though I haven’t been able to use the service at all. Please help
