I can't see my video feed when I try to do online notary stuff

I can't see my video feed. I didn't have this problem until after I installed AVG Ultimate. I only installed the tune up and the anti-tracker I already have bitdefender and didn't want the two to clash how do I get to the firewall, if it is included in the anti-tracker
