I can't seem to activate the program I paid for

Dear Sirs,

I am not that good with the computer. I am 70 years old.

Despite following your advice without fully understanding it, I find a screen which says GO TO ZEN.

This screen has the following classifications for Maintenance, Speed Up, Free Up Space , Fix Problems, All Functions.

I am then asked to 'Unlock all 30+ functions'. Doesn't the payment that I made cover all the 30+ functions ?

Can AVG load this program for me ? Trying to get your program working is stressful for me.

Hello Jeyapaul,

As per our record you have purchased the subscription only for AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription) and it expires on 6th June 2017.
This subscription doesn't include the Performance program which is a separate program that speed up your computer.
From your description we can understand that you are trying to install Performance program which is not included in your subscription.
We request you to run our AVG remover tool and it will show you the AVG Performance on the list, tick only that and proceed with the removal.
If it doesn't show please do let us know.
1) To download our AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://af-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
NOTE: Once the remover tool done with the progress please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG remover" folder.
