Hey folks,
I had the same issue, after Windows 10 did a security update on 9/13. Evidently the current version of AVG Secure VPN is not compatible. I connected remotely with a support agent, and he attempted for 4 hours to fix my issue. Upon being unable to fix the problem, he escalated my issue to his supervisor. However, when he deleted all existance of AVG, I was unable to complete the System Info report, it just spins aimlessly like the VPN connection. After shutting down, my PC would not load. I had to do a Windows 10 repair disk to fix my boot issue. Then I had to reinstall all AVG products, and reset them up (another hour long task). And still, Secure VPN will still not work. Why is it that when Windows 10 pushes out an update, all security companies are in the dark, and in reaction mode, then the home user suffers with software headaches. I just want to know, when is AVG going to send me an update for the Secure VPN, so I can get back to my privacy?
