I can't uninstall PC TuneUp

When I click "Programs and Features" on the Control Panel, AVG PC TuneUp is not in the list.
I tried to uninstall AVG as a whole to reinstall only the basic program later, but it doesn't let me because it says PC TuneUp has to be removed first.
