I can't unlock my android device because of anti theft i just changed my sim and turned on my phone and suddenly it says this mobile is lost or stolen please return my device melvincalandria@gmail.com

And i was fixing it in avg mobilation and i accidentaly clicked remove device. Can you help Me?
