I can't unsubscribe?

We acknowledge your cancellation request. You had AVG Secure VPN trial and it was already expired. Also, auto-renewal of that subscription was already cancelled. Hence, you will not be charged for future subscription. Thank you.

AVG has tried to bill me but I don't have enough money in my account. I want to cancel my subscription but I don't seem to have the option. There should be an "unsubscribe" button under my subscription details and there isn't. What do I do to unsubscribe??
