Hello Anthony. I understand how something like this can really try your patience. I request you to completely uninstall AVG from your pc using AVG remover tool. To run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install. Hi all

I cannot automatically update my avg internet security.
I have tried manually updateing (downloading updates from avg site and updating from directory).
However, when I try to update from directory, the downloaded files are .bin format, and aren't recognised on my pc.

Any suggestions?
