I Can't use the Product

I suggest you to repair your AVG and check if that fixes the issue.

The interface of interaction with the user does not allow me to identify the actions that he could use. Appear buttons like $ (@ TU_Your_PC) $ (@ TU_Tuned_up) among others.
How can I solve that. Buy the product more than a month ago and still can not use it on my PC

Please reinstall the AVG TuneUp Unlimited and check if that fixes the issue. Please follow the steps provided in this article to remove AVG TuneUp Unlimited : http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product

Note : Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG TuneUp Unlimited from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance
