I can't "wake" program from PC TuneUp sleep list

I moved one of my programs to sleep in PC TuneUp and now clicking on "wake" link doesn't work. Is there any way to remove program from that list manually?

Thanks! That helped. I'm also wondering why I can't ignore that app. Is it because it's my own coded app? Should I leave it unignored?
