Upon checking your case history, we see that you have requested refund for the AVG Performance Multidevice (701-4345405) order and we have sent you the email on 28th August 2016 stating that the refund is in progress. The refund amount will get credited in 5 to 6 business days. By this time, you should have got your amount credited. Could you please check with your concern bank regarding the credit of AVG amount and let us know the status?
I was being billed as a business and when I noticed this I demanded a cheaper download of AVG Tuneup. I was told I would be given a credit and I was but it was immediately redebited so I got no credit at all.
I was told that if this happened that I would be sent a credit by email but have not received it or found it if it was sent at all.
Your employee took possession of my computer in order to do this transaction so you must have it on file.
I was paying with Capital One Mastercard at the time.
