I changed my password a couple a days ago, i got a reply that it was changed. when i tried to log into my account it tells me i don't have a subscription my license doesn't expire until 5/14/2015, what do i need to do to get fixed?

Please try check products tab, only new type of subscriptions are in subscriptions tab.
