I changed my subscription from online subscription to store bought before the online subscription ended. i have registered the new Ultimate, my 2 year countdown is underway but the message i get is the Ultimate is not registered yet. I attempted to re-registered but the Ultimate does show but a message says i need to register the Ultimate…but it will not let me!!!
How can i resolve this situation?
