I couldnt replace free AVG Internet Security with my key

I was asking if I could hear why I cant replace the free AVG internet security with the key I have.

Itried again tonight and got "Action cancelled latest version installed"  ( Error Code 0xe001f992 )


This seems ok, but I never DID install it over the free version??  Can anyone just tell me if my worries are groundless and I DO have my own key running now?

I have mental illness (and im an old guy) and cannot navigate all this sending a picture etc…I just cant get my head around it.  Thanks chaps
