Let us explain this for you. You have AVG Secure VPN for Windows unlimited computers valid till 2020.11.23. This product can be installed on Unlimited windows device but 1 active connection at a time.
Are you trying to get AVG Secure VPN Multi-device ? Unfortunately, we do not have option to update AVG Secure VPN from Windows to Multi-device. You have to purchase it separately.

How do I update my VPN for multi unit usage? … I previously was using on multi units, but now only can use one computer.
