I decided to UNSECURE my phone by removing it from the Anti theft protection, but after changing the simcard it has LOCKED! if i log on to the AVG website i'm told there're no devices in my account. HOW DO I UNLOCK MY PHONE? PLEASE HELP!

It depends on device you can usually find than on manufacturer web.
What device you have issue with?

Hi zakayo,
Try enter first six characters of your password, if it doesn't help wipe (reset to factory defaults) will be nesseary.

i have the same problem like kaumbuthu's… already enter my first six characters but it wrong password… how do i reset to factory defaults if my phone still lock? please help me by sending email to me at icca_fiqa82@yahoo.com.my
