Dear AVG,
A payment for a product I did not authorise is pending in my account. I would like a refund please! I am not working and have bills to pay. I did not read your e-mail that said you were going to automatically take funds from my account. If I had been working this would not be a problem.
I have spoken to my bank and they will put in a complaint. All further payments have been stopped from your organization, If you do not put a stop to this payment, I will tell everyone I know on the internet of how you tricked me to give you my account details when I applied for the free version of AVG. In my opinion this is Theft; and also you have put me in a very bad situatuation.
