I did not wish to renew. I need a refund for charges made Oct 1 118.71 and Oct 2 22.39

I do not wish to renew AVC account.  I am 91 and I do not use the computer often…
I just received my visa bill for Nov and find that I was charged 118.71 on Oct 1 and 22.39 on Oct 2.  My Oct. visa bill just arrived Nov 04.  so I have passed the 30 day refund.
Please refund me the above, and remove my credit card from you files
