I didn't realize it was going to be an automatic renewal and got billed for another year!

I am very frustrated as I have been trying to to cancel this account not knowing I signed up for an automatic renewal!! I found a different security program for my computer that was  recommended! When I saw the billing on my Pay-Pal account I immediately contacted Pay-Pal!  They recommended to also contact you!! I did and tried to cancel this automatic renewal (the notice was on my computer today about an hour ago!) and the only button they let me press is to keep what I have and they will cancel next year! WHAT??? Come on I already paid for a new security program!!! You do not give the customer a chance to cancel you and that sounds a little like a racket to me!!!
