Back on the 21st May 2018  @ 07: 43: 25 BST a payment for £34.99 GBP was paid to Digital River Ireland Ltd for online protection which was never received.
The Paypal Invoice ID was 48130734300
The Order Detail were :- DRI* AVG Technologies for the said amount for £34.99 GBP

Can you please Advise ?

Avinah, canceling the AVG Tune Up subscription is all I needed to do at this time.
No other insallations are required.

Howard, we canceled the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited subscription and assure you will not be charged for it next year. The current subscription is valid until 24th May 2019. If you would like, we can transfer this to jxxxx@moore218.plus.com and help you install it.

Unfortunately I can't access any received emails that far back so I can't verify what you've said.
Plus, for some reason I was unable to log in using the alternate email address that you mention so I had to use a different one.
Could you please make sure no more payment are taken from my account without my prior concent ?
