I do not get my virus program that I bought 12/22/2015 updated. When we should uninstall the old virus program something went wrong, and we have to deliver our computer (PC) for repair. Therefore we did not installed our virus program at once. I made a mistake, pressed the wrong button and a free virus program, duration 29 days, was installed.
What do I do to get installed the program that I bought and paid in December 2015?
